Terms and Conditions for the  ISCN.Academy, the Knowledge and Streaming Platform for Supply Chain Executives, onwed by ADVISART BV.

1. 1. Acceptance of Terms: Use of the Knowledge and Streaming Platform ISCN.Academy, is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
   2. User Accounts: Some features of ISCN.Academy may be available only to paid subscribers. Subscribers are required to create a user account in order to access the parts of the platform restricted to subscribers. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for any activities that occur under their account. Subscribers agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating their account and to update their account information as necessary. Subscribers with a user account agree not to share their account information with anyone else or allow anyone else to access their account.
   3. Subscription: ADVISART BV offers three subscription plans for users:
      (a) Single Subscription: A 1-year single subscription to the ISCN.Academy platform amounts 300 euro, VAT excluded. The subscription fee is non-refundable except in the case of technical issues that prevent the use of the platform. The Single Subscription plan allows for 1 login.
      (b) Corporate Subscription: A 1-year corporate subscription to the ISCN.Academy platform amounts 1000 euro, VAT excluded. The subscription fee is non-refundable except in the case of technical issues that prevent the use of the platform. The Corporate Subscription plan allows for 5 logins.
      (c) Academic Subscription: A subscription to the ISCN.Academy platform for 1 academic year for a class of identified students amounts 1000 euro, VAT excluded. The subscription fee is non-refundable except in the case of technical issues that prevent the use of the platform. The Academic Subscription for a class of students includes a class login, based on a approved limitative list of students who should get access to the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they select the correct subscription plan and for paying the applicable fee. The terms and conditions outlined in this document apply to both subscription plans unless otherwise specified.
   4. Automatic Renewal: Users may opt for automatic renewal of their subscription at the end of each year. The user will be charged the same subscription fee at the time of renewal. In case of a fee increase, no automatic renewal will take place, whithout a prior approval of the new fee amount by the user.
   5. Payment: Users should make their payment for the subscription through a valid payment method. Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, fees, or charges related to their use of the platform.
   6. Termination: The user may terminate its subscription at any time by providing written notice to subscriptions@iscn.academy. The user will continue to have access to the platform until the end of its current subscription term.
   7. Limitation of Liability: ADVISART BV is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the user as a result of their use of the platform.
   8. Intellectual Property: The platform and its content, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to ADVISART BV. Users may not use any of the platform’s intellectual property without written permission from ADVISART BV. ADVISART BV reserves the right to remove or modify any content on the platform at any time, without prior notice.
   9. Termination of Service: ADVISART BV reserves the right to terminate the user’s subscription and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination or suspension of a user account, the user will no longer have access to any content or services on the platform.
   10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
   11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
   12. Refund Policy: The subscription fee is non-refundable except in the case of technical issues that prevent the use of the platform.
   13. Privacy Policy: ADVISART BV is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. The company’s privacy policy outlines how personal information is collected, used, and shared by the platform. The privacy policy is subject to change and users are advised to review it regularly. By using the platform, users agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
